Learn to ‘read’ dogs. The rest is just good training and common sense.
as long as you introduce it to other dogs and people at a Young age it should be good
Training and the rest is up to his genetics. If he had unstable “parents”, there isn’t much you can do. That is one of the problems with “mixed” dogs, generally, the dogs who produced them should never have been bred.
socialization is the only way, do like i do with my Pit Bulls take them every where with you possibly can..to parks, pet store, even just to ride to the gas station. obedience classes is a great place to start your dog will be around other people and dogs plus get some training.
train him and teach him you´re the alpha and to respect you
It’s in the breeds blood, give it lots of love, don’t tease, read up on dog training. find a different breed at the pound.
Expose your pup to as many new things as possible for example bikes, cars, runners, walkers, other dogs of all sizes(the dog park is the easiest place to do this), and anything else you can think of.
Watch “Its me or the dog” for tips on training.
Your dog will be a pup when you get it and training should be started as soon as you are the owner.
When feeding, pretend to eat a bite or two, then sit it down in front of the dog and allow him to eat. The leader always eats first.
