Right Ting! asked:

We got her from a rescue from a puppy mill so she had to learn to be dominant however we want to break this biting at our Bolder dog with treats.

put her in a cage give the pug a treat if she barks say bad girl or boy if she does not give her a treat. do this daily until the problem is solved.

Maybe the puppy mill didn’t give her enough food or she didn’t get her mother’s first milk. That usually is what makes pups aggressive when they see another dog having food. Try feeding her a little more food and get both of your dogs each a nice, juicy marobone.

You are badly misinformed about pack behavior: not every dog in a mill learns to be dominant – many survive thru submissiveness.
A 3-month old puppy is a toddler with childish behavior. You wouldn’t try to “break” a 1-year old child of all his childish actions, so give the pup a break. Puppies bite! Let the baby be a baby, they will regulate their pack order when the time comes.
