How to get dog to stop barking?
My dog barks constantly whenever I let her outside at the same time our neighbors dog is outside (which is practically all the time). She’ll be so busy barking at the neighbors dog that she will not go to the bathroom and then comes inside and pees on the floor. How do I get her to stop barking and focus on her business?

just tell her No bark when she starts too, and then pat her nose to to ground
i have a similar problem. but the best thing is to get on your dogs level when she’s barking, physically turn her away and tell her she’s such a good girl and hug her and massage her.
