Barking dog: What can you do about an inside dog barking when owners are gone. I’m in Michigan?

The dog is in a room that shares a wall with our bedroom and when its owners are gone it whines and barks for hours on end. We are not on good terms or friendly with our neighbors, so what , if anything can be done?

go to this site and print out the article then tape it to their door. if nothing changes in about a month, call the apartment or building manager and make a complaint
Try to make peace with your neighbors and talk to them about it. If you can’t, start looking for a new friendly neighborhood and move…
